If your company provides an Employee Assistance Program through Andrews & Associates, making use of this benefit is simple. Your Employee Assistance Program provides up to five sessions for each employee or family member of an employee to address personal issues in a confidential, therapeutic setting. Employees can address any issue that would normally be dealt with in therapy. The five-session limit applies to each contract year.
Therapy sessions are confidential and are provided at no cost to the employee. When reports are made to your employer they only employer regard the number of employees served and the number of sessions provided. No report is made of who is using the service or for what issues employees are being seen. Sessions are held at the Andrews & Associates office and all session records are maintained there as well.
